On the borders of Tibet, Blessed Maurice Tornay, priest and martyr, who, a canon regular of the Congregation of Saints Nicholas and Bernard of Mont-Joux, zealously proclaimed the Gospel in China and Tibet and was put to death by the enemies of the Christian name.
