In the city of Nam Định in Tonkin, the holy martyrs James Đỗ Mai Năm, priest, Antony Nguyễn Đích, a farmer, and Michael Nguyễn Huy Mỹ, a physician, who under the emperor Minh Mạng, after dreadful torments, were beheaded for Christ.
