The memorial of Saints Cornelius, pope, and Cyprian, bishop, martyrs, whose deposition (the former) and passion (the latter) are recorded on the fourteenth of September; whom on this day the Christian world praises with one voice as witnesses to the unfailing love of the truth, in a time of upheaval, before the Church of God and the world.
